This Privacy Policy explains how Furyfish Studio ("we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use our mobile applications such as Ant Smash and Emo Kat (the "Apps"), as well as our customized client web and app platforms.

We are committed to protecting your privacy, especially the privacy of children and client users.

1. Information Collection

✅ We do not collect any personal information in our games.

"Personal Information" is information that identifies you as an individual, such as your name, email address, physical address, or telephone number.

We do not require you to provide any Personal Information to use our Apps. We do not ask for your location data.

2. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

Our Apps are designed for children and families. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

                We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under the
                            age of 13.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately, and
                        we will delete it.

            

3. Data Collected Automatically (Technical Data)

While we do not collect personal data in our gaming products, the Apps, custom websites, or third-party cloud engines we utilize may collect non-personal technical data to ensure everything functions correctly. This may include:

Device type and model.
Operating system version (e.g., iOS 18.0, Android 15).
Crash logs (to help us fix bugs and optimize layouts).

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for specific integration purposes. These services are strictly restricted from using your data for any other purpose.

Apple Services: We use Apple's services to process payments for In-App Purchases. We do not have access to your credit card details.
Our Servers & Databases: If custom apps connect to our servers (e.g., to fetch games configurations or sync data), we may log standard server access logs (like IP addresses) solely for security and performance monitoring. These logs are not linked to user profiles.

5. Camera Usage (Specific Apps Only)

Some of our applications (e.g., Emo Kat) require access to your device's camera to function (e.g., for facial expression detection).

If you use an application that requests Camera access, please note that:

No data storage: Camera data is processed locally on your device in real-time.
No transmission: Images or video from the camera are NEVER sent to our servers or third parties.
Ant Smash: This app does not access or use the camera.

6. TrueDepth API and Face Data

Our app Emo Kat uses the device's TrueDepth camera system (ARKit) to track the movement of your facial features. This allows you to interact with the virtual cat character using your facial expressions (e.g., smiling, blinking, or moving your head).

                No data collection: We do not collect, store, or share any of your facial data.
                    
Local processing only: All processing is performed locally on your device in
                        real-time.
Immediate disposal: The depth data is used solely for the purpose of gameplay
                        animation and is discarded immediately after use.
No transmission: We do not upload this data to any servers or share it with third
                        parties.
